| Find the intersection of FM 1960 and Walters Road. There is a large Walmart Superstore near this intersection and a Shell station at the intersection. Walters road is also two blocks east of a Home Depot on 1960 and about one mile east of Veterans Memorial highway. | |
| Go 1 ½ miles south on Walters road, At a traffic light, turn left on Sablechase Drive.( there is a gas station / convenience store at this corner.) The leasing office is in the third house on the right side of Sablechase Drive. | |
